TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION

Prefabricated houses are one of the most promising technologies for the construction of country houses and cottages. Today it is one of the most popular low-rise house construction technologies in the world. This technology is the main type of low-rise construction in many developed countries of the world: the USA, Canada, Japan, Northland, Finland, Germany, etc.

In most countries, timber-frame houses are built for national housing programmes - the best value for money, quality, construction time and service life.

Manufacturing of prefabricated houses is organised in such a way that the components of a low-rise house (walls, partitions, overlaps, roof panels and other elements) are manufactured in factory conditions in accordance with the pre-designed detailed engineering drawings.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOUSE from LYAKHOVICHIDREV EXPORT

The company LIAHOVICHIDREV EXPORT specialises in the production of energy-efficient houses using modern technology, which involves assembling buildings from prefabricated elements. The structural elements (external walls, internal partitions, overlaps, roof panels, etc.) are made in the factory. Structures are sent to the place of house installation by road and assembled on the ready foundation within 1-3 days. Modern materials and technologies are used for the production of the elements of the house, which leads to the energy efficiency of buildings. This allows the owner to save a significant amount of money on heating, air conditioning and related costs.

For us, designing an energy-efficient house means creating and implementing a set of advanced design and engineering solutions that reduce operating costs throughout the entire life cycle. By contacting our company you will get a carefully designed and well executed design and production of an energy efficient house. Given that energy efficiency is now one of the basic characteristics of prestigious quality housing, such cost-effectiveness becomes one of the key arguments for selling homes from LYAKHOVICHIDREV EXPORT in the secondary market.

The walls of a frame house have a laminated structure. The base is a timber frame made of planed lumber that has undergone a technical drying process, with a moisture content of 12-14%. Further, the frame is filled with non-combustible insulation made of stone wool. The insulation used does not shrink and does not lose its properties during use. Sufficient board density prevents convection, so the heat transfer resistance is maintained even in very cold winters.

A diffusion membrane is laid on the outside of the frame, which, due to its unique properties, allows vapour diffusion but prevents the passage of moisture. The wall is then sheating with 12mm thick cement-bonded particleboard. CBPB is an eco-friendly material. It does not contain phenol, formaldehyde and other toxic compounds. The main chemical binder is cement. The boards are made by pressing a moulded mixture of softwood shavings, Portland cement, minerals and water. The boards not only give the timber frame extra stiffness, but also serve as weather protection.

At the customer's request, a 50 mm thick non-combustible PAROC LINIO 20 board is installed on the particle board.

A vapor barrier is placed on the inside of the frame to protect the insulation, the timber frame and other layers from the ingress of moisture and the accumulation of condensation, which occurs due to the difference in temperature conditions inside and outside the room.

Then the OSB-3 board (10mm) is installed on vapour barrier that provides diagonal stiffness to the carrying frame.

To prevent thermal bridge and for installation of utility systems, a horizontal bracing (45x45mm timber) with 50mm thick horizontally oriented thermal insulation is used.

For inner sheathing used is 12mm thick moisture-proof gypsum chipboard (GSPB). The advantages that make gypsum chipboard stand out from the competition are its durability and practicality, high fire safety and fire resistance values, environmental friendliness, bioproofness and many other factors. These factors allow us to call the gypsum board the best analogue of drywall at the moment The production technology of gypsum chipboard excludes adhesives and resins in its composition, which determines the high class of environmental friendliness and safety for human health.
