Individual components for the installation of the house are manufactured at the factory. The elements manufactured in this way, used for houses, have the best technical, static, diffusion and acoustic properties that are currently required from buildings.
On the construction site, according to classical technology, only the foundation slab is prepared with the corresponding conclusions of individual utility services (sewerage, water, electricity, gas).
The above-foundation part of the building is assembled on the construction site from elements manufactured at the factory and mounted with a crane. This process lasts for several days, followed by the installation of the roof and interior decoration of the rooms.
