Cement chipboard is a monolithic slab with a density of 1250-1400 kg/m3, thickness of 12 mm with a smooth or hard surface.
CBPB is an environmentally friendly material. CBPB does not contain phenolic, formaldehyde and other toxic compounds. The main chemical binder is cement.
The plates are made by pressing a molded mixture consisting of softwood chips, Portland cement, minerals and water.
The high quality of the CBPB is ensured by strict quality control in accordance with the European standard EN 634-2.

The plate is a solid monolithic material. The separation of dust, gases and vapors from the plates is impossible due to the mineralization of the substances contained and the production technology used.
In case of indoor fires, the plates do not form smoke, do not emit toxic gases and vapors.
CBPB is primarily a structural material that gives rigidity to frame structures. During the production process, the chip-cement carpet is formed from four layers: the outer layers are made of small, the inner ones are made of larger fractions of chips. The assembled carpet is pressed.
One more property should be noted – the possibility of using structures of buildings with sheathing from CBPB in earthquake-prone areas and high-rise buildings.
The most widely used plates are used as paneling panels with a wooden frame in low-rise housing construction. The plates not only give the wooden frame additional rigidity, but also serve as protection from atmospheric influences. Load-bearing and enclosing structures of a house with a sheathing made of CBPB due to its smooth surface do not require additional processing. CBPB has a significant advantage in water absorption, compared with other slab materials.
CBPB resists the effects of fungi, woodworm beetles, and domestic rodents. It is important to note that this biostability is not achieved by introducing some special antiseptics into the composition of the CBPB and not by surface treatment with an antiseptic. The antiseptic is formed in the mass of the CBPB itself during the conversion of cement into concrete, since the byproduct of this process is calcium hydroxide, which creates a highly alkaline environment that prevents the development of mold fungi.

PAROC UNS 37z is a heat-insulating and sound-
absorbing material made in the form of plates.

BASIC PROPERTIES AND OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

PAROC UNS 37z plates are considered a non-combustible thermal insulation material, which can be used in the temperature range from -65 to +200 C. It is allowed to use plates at temperatures up to +750 C, but at the same time, the binding components evaporate and the plates lose their elasticity, while maintaining thermal insulation and sound-absorbing properties;
